Delivery policy

Lead time is subject to stock availability and receipt of payment. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment. Orders will only be processed Monday - Friday.

Should we have stock available; requests will be processed within 3 working days and delivery/ parcel tracking number confirmed by way of email.

Should the product not be in stock please allow 20 days plus shipping time. This will allow for ordering and delivery to our premises.

Lingerie orders will be processed within 7 - 10 working days if the items are in stock, should the item not be in stock we will notify you telephonically or via email of the delay. In this case please allow 4 - 8 weeks for delivery.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Hustlerextreme.co.za will contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule

You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.

All parcels are discreetly wrapped and no description of the contents is given on the outside of the package.

There are two options available to you:

1. Free collection from our premises during trading hours at Shop 10 Manlam Court corner 5th street and 4th avenue Linden Johannesburg.

2. SA Counter to Counter. Your order will be sent to your local post office. A tracking number will be issued to you upon dispatch of your order so that you can collect your parcel at the designated post office.

Return and Refunds policy

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened, non-defective merchandise for credit or exchange. Please make sure you select your purchases carefully. We do not have a refund policy.

All items are checked before shipping however, if a product is broken or damaged when you unpack it, you must let us know within 1 day of receiving it. We will e-mail you return shipping instructions for the damaged product to be returned to us and get a replacement to you. Alternatively, at our discretion, we may elect to refund you in full for the damaged product. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

The following conditions apply to Lingerie returns:

• The item is returned in its original, undamaged packaging

• The item has not been soiled, altered or damaged in any way

• The item has not been worn (except for fitting purposes)

• The item is returned within 7 days of receipt

• The original labels are still attached to the item

• No returns or replacements will be considered on stockings, panties (G-strings) body           stockings and/or pantyhose 
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Please ensure when sending      goods back that a traceable method is used in case of loss as we are unable to process         returns unless we have received them) 

Pricing

Hustlerextreme.co.za endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus 14% VAT and shipping charges

Hustlerextreme.co.za reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment options accepted

Payment to us will be made by way of credit card (Master Card, Visa), cash or bank transfer

Orders not paid for within 7 days of order will be cancelled.

Hustlerextreme.co.za shall be authorized to debit the aggregate amount payable for the products ordered against the authorized Payment Card supplied by you when completing your order. Hustlerextreme.co.za shall be entitled to debit your Payment Card on acceptance of your order and prior to delivery.  Please Note all transactions will reflect on your credit card statement as Planet Mobile cc. By submitting your order and Payment Card details you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorized to make payment with the Payment Card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.

Payment may be made EFT or by bank transfer. If a cheque payment is made we will wait for the funds to clear before sending the order.
